MEET DR. RODRIGUE KAMMOGNE
FINANCE
He is a financial expert who has faced many financial challenges and hardships early in his life, so fully understands the value of money when it is needed to bring stability to family life. At QUANTEX ACADEMY, Rod teaches and mentors on how to manage money in ethical ways, by drawing on his focused expertise of investing. He has been working for more than 10 years for leading financial Institutions in London and Germany. His starting career saw him as a Quantitative risk analyst with focus on Alternatives asset class and then as Equity structurer, by developing rules-based investment strategies, and arranging transactions linked to financial indices, for global institutional clients. Since April 2018, it has been Appointed to oversee the quantitative risk management for one of the world’s leading fund platforms, focusing on delivering truly differentiated alternative investment strategies for institutional investors.
He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computing science from Darmstadt University of Technology in Germany. Rod has a MSc in Financial Mathematics with distinction from the University of Sussex and a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the university of Birmingham. He also holds a Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF) from the CQF institute and a Certificate in International Corporate Finance from HEC Paris.
Rod teaching at QUANTEX ACADEMY expands on his already extensive previous teaching experience. This included teaching Finance to a non-technical and technical audience, as part of helping to set up the curriculum for the MSc Mathematical Finance at the University of Birmingham. Rod’s growing passion to equip others in these financially challenging times, has drawn him to collaborate with Maria, in offering unique and outstanding packaged courses which cover content that other teachers prefer to avoid.
MEET MARIA CASIERO
PROPERTY
Apart from her passion for turning a negative situation into a positive learning
tool, she clearly demonstrates that a past failure does not have to define anyone’s future! Maria has
a fascinating linguistic and broad entrepreneurial background, where her linguistic teaching skills
have seen her work with high profile Russian entrepreneurs and helping many non-native English
speakers to set up their own business. Prior to her teaching career, Maria built up strong property development skills by becoming a Project Manager in conversions of commercial property to residential units. Never shy of learning more, the post-graduate also embarked on recent cutting edge, creative property investment training herself, to offer even higher standards of knowledge to her students.
An anthropologist at heart, she thrives on encouraging and supporting others on their life journey which is no surprise that she will bring dynamic and ethical education to QUANTEX ACADEMY. Another layer of teaching components comes from her Pioneering Ministry where Maria is dedicated to educating others in understanding that ‘people will perish through lack of knowledge’ (Hosea 4:6).
Her focus on helping others to multiply their wealth as opposed to consuming, requires honesty with
oneself, getting help to deal with weaknesses and building on strengths, in a safe learning
environment, and without shame. At the QUANTEX ACADEMY, Maria provides an educational space for people to creatively explore their approaches to money matters and to invest in property.
